Chella’s Fudge Jars – Custom Order Processing

1. Placing an Order:

• Custom orders can be placed via WhatsApp on 073 745 4064.
• Specify your preferred fudge flavours, quantity, jar size needed and any special requests for sticker labelling.
• Custom labelling design are available upon request. 
• A minimum order quantity of 20 jars for 28ml, 270ml and 125ml jars. (Or if otherwise communicated) 

2. Order Confirmation & Payment:

• Once your order is received, we will confirm availability and pricing.
• Full payment or a deposit is required to secure your order. This will be stipulated on quote provided.
• Payment options include EFT or cash.

3. Processing Time:

• Custom orders require 1 – 3 weeks to ensure the freshest quality and to allow processing of labelling.  
• Accurate estimate of delivery and time frame of order, will be communicated and will be stipulated on quote.
• Urgent orders may be accommodated at an additional fee, subject to availability. This will be communicated or stipulated on quote.

4. Collection & Delivery:

• Orders can be collected/delivered, in Welkom at a pre-arranged time.
• Delivery is available in surrounding areas for an additional fee. This will be stipulated on quote.
• Bulk orders may qualify for free local delivery – inquire for details.

5. Cancellations & Changes:

• Changes to orders must be communicated, 2 weeks before the processing begins.
• Cancellations after confirmation may be subject to a fee.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee:

• Our homemade fudge is made with love and care. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of collection/delivery.
