Processing & Dispatch

We strive to get your order ready as quickly as possible! Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, depending on our current order volume. 

Please note that this timeframe does not include shipping time.

At checkout, you can either select a preferred delivery date or leave a note specifying your desired arrival date. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

For nationwide deliveries, we use The Courier Guy (Pudo) to ensure your order reaches you safely. Once your package has been collected by the courier from our facility in Welkom, you will receive an email with confirmation and tracking details.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

  • 1- 5 business days, depending on your location.

If you place your order:

  • Before 10 AM (weekdays): It will be processed the same day. The Courier Guy offers next-day delivery to major hubs in Gauteng, North West, Limpopo, and Free State. All other areas will take 2-4 business days.
  • After 10 AM (weekdays): Your order will be processed on the following business day. Delivery times remain the same—next-day service for major centres and 2-4 business days for other regions.

Urgent Orders & Preferred Delivery Dates

If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend selecting a delivery date 1- 3 days in advance to account for any unexpected delays. While we do our best to meet your preferred timeframe, we rely on third-party couriers and cannot guarantee exact arrival dates.

For customers in remote or outlying areas, please allow an extra 1-2 days beyond the standard shipping estimate to ensure timely delivery.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to follow your order’s progress. If you experience any issues, you can contact us or The Courier Guy for updates.

To ensure a smooth delivery process, please double-check that your phone number is correct at checkout, as the courier may need to reach you upon delivery.

Important Notes

  • Once your package is handed over to the courier, we are no longer responsible for any delays or issues that may arise during transit.
  • Chella’s Fudge Jars is not liable for late deliveries, lost packages, or any mishandling once the courier has collected the order.
  • By placing an order, you acknowledge that shipping is at your own risk and responsibility.
