  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time

3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be paid in full at checkout
  • Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated
  • During busy periods, processing times may be extended
  • Customers will receive confirmation once their order is processed

5. Shipping & Collection

  • Delivery and/or collection options will be provided at checkout
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services
  • Once an order has been handed over to a courier, delays are beyond our control

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products:

  • We do not accept returns on edible items
  • Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the product is incorrect or damaged upon delivery

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photographic evidence.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase
  • Once preparation has started, cancellations will not be accepted

  • Our products may contain allergens such as dairy, gluten, or nuts
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product is suitable before purchasing
  • Proper storage after receiving the product is the customer’s responsibility
